A nurse falls in love with a married man, a plastic surgeon, which turns her life into a nightmare.

Alice and her boyfriend, Christian, have a car accident causing the death of a man. Actually, they « think » the man is dead so they decide to burry him in the forest.

As long as the hours goes by, their regrets are growing. They decide they’ll go tell the police the following morning. But, at night, Alice is being assaulted at her place. She definitely thinks that the man who did it is the one they burried. She goes to the police and drives the cops to the grave but the dead man is no longer there, replaced by a tape recording the accident.

Alice is terrified…She’s certain to be the next person to be killed.

Cependant, les remords les assaillent et ils décident de prévenir la police dès le lendemain matin. Mais, dans la nuit, Alice se fait agresser chez elle. Elle est persuadée que c’est l’homme qu’ils ont percuté. Elle se précipite alors chez les flics. Elle les conduit à l’endroit même où ils ont enterré le cadavre mais là, plus une seule trace du corps… à la place un enregistrement vidéo de l’assassinat de Christian.

Alice est terrorisée. Elle est certaine d’être la prochaine victime…
