Film and Picture will be attending the Rendez-Vous from Monday Sept 11 to Wednesday Sept 13. May I suggest the following meeting times :

 - Monday 11th : 9:30 am, 12:00, 4:30, 5:30 pm

- Tuesday 12th : 3:30, 5:30 pm

- Wednesday 13th : any time starting from 11:30 am

Sarlat, in south-west France, was the site of violent peasant revolts - the croquant rebellions - in the 17th Century. Now, the son of the region's largest manufacturer of preserved foods has been murdered in a ritual recalling those historical events. Tough and ndependent Captain Claire Dalmas of Bordeaux CSI has to return to her birthplace, which she's been running from for the last 15 years, where she's teamed up with Police Captain Eric Pavin. Pour enquêter, le capitaine Claire Dalmas de la section de recherche de Bordeaux, femme autoritaire et indépendante, est obligée de revenir dans sa ville d'enfance qu'elle fuit depuis 15 ans. A body is found in a boat adrift somewhere between Fort Boyard and Aix Island. Solène Brach from the mainland police is sent to investigate. Un corps est retrouvé dans un zodiac à  la dérive entre le Fort Boyard et l’Ile d’Aix. Solène Brach de la DPJ est dépêchée sur place. Elle demande à Vincent, maire de l’île, de l’assister mais ce dernier se montre peu enclin à participer à cette enquête. La victime, José Chebec, est un Aixois tout juste sorti de prison après 20 ans de réclusion, devenu gardien du fort. Lui et son complice, Michel, avaient effectué un casse de bijoux vingt ans auparavant, qui avait mal tourné : deux victimes au tapis, pour lesquelles José a été condamné tandis que Michel demeurait introuvable. Le vieil Auguste, patron d’un restaurant, s'écroule un soir parmi ses clients, frappé à mort. Il a trois fils : avec Antoine, il s'est associé pour gérer son établissement, un ancien bistrot des Halles. Les deux autres fils d'Auguste se préoccupent avant tout de l'héritage. Ils soupçonnent Antoine d'avoir dérobé l'argent. Or, Antoine, qui vit avec le vieil homme depuis des années, n'était pas au courant de ses affaires.
L'atmosphère se dégrade quand les femmes s'en mêlent et le ton monte avec le troisième fils, Bernard, un raté agressif toujours en mal d'argent. Ferdinand évalue à un million de francs les économies qu'Auguste, peu dépensier, a dû mettre de côté, il sent s'éveiller en lui, un héritier avide de pouvoir enfin combler ses besoins. Quant à Antoine, il se montre juste, sa part de bénéfice lui suffit.
La découverte fortuite d'une clé numérotée, puis de l'adresse d'une banque, va permettre aux trois frères l'accès à un coffre qu'avait leur père. Son ouverture les met en présence d'un amas de titres dépourvus de valeur. C'est l'effondrement des espérances.

Le monde s’écroule pour Marielle le jour où elle surprend son mari Paul vêtu avec l’une de ses robes.
